As someone who’s worked from home for years, it staggers me that it’s taken a pandemic to make some businesses realise that remote work is productive and profitable. But that shouldn’t mean the death of the traditional office worker. A balance is needed to keep that vital part of the economy going while finally making the most of remote working.
