I appreciate the reply, Terrie. That’s reassuring. But why do we receive zero feedback on the reasons stories aren’t accepted for boost? Equally, if I have a story boosted, it’s great… but I have no meaningful feedback as to what you guys loved about it.

Again, I’m not trying to trip anyone up with this or be facetious - I just fundamentally don’t understand what’s going on. My experience over the last couple of weeks suggests that it is _all_ about boosted stories if I want to reach my audience and earn the revenue I was earning before (and, in turn, feel valued as a writer on here). Without boosts, stories no longer do anything on Medium - they are barely worth publishing.

It feels like a lottery. But I’ll keep experimenting for now.
