Thanks for the response, David. But I’m afraid you’ve just illustrated the issue I’ve run into with previous commenters who seem unable to appreciate others’ beliefs or preferenes when it doesn’t match their own.

I store my stuff in 1Password because I trust that company and that’s why I recommend them (therefore I’ll politely decline your request to ‘reconsider’ my approach). You use BitWarden, because you prefer open source. Neither of us is wrong — let’s try and respect one another’s opinions a little more; the inability for certain sections of the tech demographic to do so remains the most disappointing thing I come across on a daily basis running this business.
