As for the colour and USB-C, I agree with everything you say… but it does reveal (again) why Apple really needs to get over itself and start being a little more creative with design and port choices. I’m quickly becoming bored of their utilitarianism and undying loyalty to what must remain a serious profit centre in Lightning.

And if they really are sticking to white for cost-effectiveness, that’s utterly nonsensical when their commercial focus is clearly shifting in other directions (for instance, services).
